Packages and Pricing

We have multiple packages and add-on services from which to chose so that you can select the service that best aligns with your budget and needs. We value integrity and strive to be transparent about our pricing and services. Day of Coordinating

Starting at $1200

  • 6 to 12 hours of wedding day coordinating

  • Maintain timeline and keep all functions running smoothly

  • Coordinate ceremony

  • Direct guests throughout the day

  • Direct wedding party throughout the day

  • Manage vendor questions

  • Distribute bouquets and pin boutonnieres

  • Bride and Groom accommodations throughout the day

  • Pack bride and groom items and extra food in the exit vehicle

  • Pass out vendor tips

  • Provide access to an emergency kit

  • Assist with wedding/reception setup or clean up

  • Supervise vendor setup

  • Personal one-on-one meeting with bride/couple prior to wedding day (virtual available)

Month of Coordinating

Starting at $2000

  • Day of Coordinating Package Items +

  • 6 hours Day of Assistant Coordinator

  • Manage all Vendor communication 30 days prior to wedding date

  • Ensure final payments are made to vendors

  • Assist with planning and execution of wedding day lunch for bridal party

  • Meet for personalized detailed timeline building

  • Day of Rehearsal

  • Venue Tour if needed

Partial Planning

Starting at $3000

Wedding planning support and guidance beginning six (6) months before your wedding

6+ Months Prior to Wedding Day

  • One hour kickoff planning meeting

  • Unlimited email support through the duration of your wedding day

  • Access granted to planning and vendor recommendations

6 Months to 90 Days Prior to Wedding Day

  • Complete Planning Questionnaire to capture: vendor, design, ceremony, and reception details

  • Monthly 1 hour planning sessions to review: timeline & logistics, design, budget, vendor packages and invoice/contract review

Less than 90 Days Prior to Wedding Day - lead planner will take over all aspects of planning:

  • Communication and management with vendors

  • Creation of detailed timeline and floorplan (note: vendor may provide floorplan)

  • Transition from Monthly to weekly meetings beginning 30 days prior to wedding

  • Venue walk through included during one weekly planning meeting (travel fees apply)

  • One hour ceremony rehearsal management (travel fees apply)

Wedding Day

  • Lead planner for 10 hours with option to extend

  • Coordination assistant for 8 hours with option to extend

  • Oversee and direct vendors

  • Coordinate the ceremony and reception

  • Behind the scenes assistance for you, your family, and vendors

  • Assist the wedding party, family, and guests with needs, questions, or concerns

  • Oversee breakdown of the event*

Full Planning

Percentage based on overall wedding budget (Starting at $5,000)

Wedding planning management beginning twelve (12) months before your wedding:

  • All Partial Planning support items +

12 Months to 90 Days Prior to Wedding Day

  • Additional 6 Months unlimited email support

  • Additional 6 Months of monthly 1 hour planning sessions

  • Personalized budget creation, guidance, & management (including payment reminders)

  • Vendor research, sourcing, and booking (including contract review and negotiations)

  • Scheduled, attend, and conduct all Vendor Meetings

  • Creation & execution of design scheme

  • Creation of a personalized planning timeline including: check ins, task reminders

Wedding Day

  • Additional 2 hours lead planner

  • Additional 2 hours coordination assistant

Additional Considerations

  • *Oversee breakdown of the event excludes bussing tables or food/beverage clean up

  • *Decor setup and teardown oversight includes: guestbook, photos, table numbers, card box, cake table decor, welcome table decor, seating chart, favors, menu cards, place cards, signage

  • *Decor setup and teardown oversight excludes: tables, chairs, florals, furniture, dish ware, flatware, glassware, linens, napkin folds, etc.

Optional Add Ons

  • Assistant $300+ (required for any event with 100+ guests)

  • Timeline building $150

  • Rehearsal $150+

  • Cake Cutting $25+

  • Accommodations $50+ Any additional fees needed for travel, food, or possible hotel stay. A travel fee will be added for any distances farther than 30 miles away from Dallas, TX.
